About Knight's Haven

Star Trek: Knight’s Haven takes Star Trek to a place that we have only ever been given glimpses of in Paramount Pictures produced Trek; cargo ship life.

Taking place in 2412, Knight’s Haven follows the journey of a failing Starfleet officer called Sebastian Knight. Having avoided contact with his family for years, Sebastian’s world is turned upside down when his fathers death means he inherits the family cargo ship, Haven. That is not all that Sebastian inherits from Lennie Knight though, and very quickly he realises that he is never going to have the control on his life that he has always sought.

Waiting for him on Haven are damaged relationships he has spent years avoiding. His mother, Amelia, was always caught in the crossfire when Sebastian and Lennie fought…is there any chance for Sebastian to finally build a bond with his only living parent? Robyn Barrow was Sebastian’s only ally as they both grew up, but standing in their way back then, and still now, is her father; Alun Barrow was Lennie’s closest friend, and Sebastian’s greatest enemy.

As Sebastian hesitates to go back to a life he hated as a child, the Orion Syndicate resurface, and become an opponent that Sebastian will never be able to rid himself of. They are after crucial information that Knight has, but which Knight?

Knight’s Haven is the story of a man trying to finally take control of his life. To do so he is going to have to face challenges from the Orion Syndicate, Gorn, Romulan Star Empire, completely new and dangerous races, and a mystery that could affect the future of the entire universe.

But the bigger challenge is onboard Haven…can Sebastian overcome unrest, distrust, and disloyalty from members of his crew who continuously attempt to undermine him?
